Ari Honka - CEO

Ari Honka comes from a strong entrepreneurial background from within the media and telecoms industry. Most notably Ari co-founded Player X Ltd. in 2004, a venture capital-backed mobile media company creating and distributing Mobile TV and entertainment content to mobile operators and distribution channels around the world. During four years as the board director heading sales and business development at Player X, the company grew into a global publisher and distributor in the mobile entertainment industry, receiving international accolades for fast growth and innovative products. Player X was acquired by Zed group in March, 2009.

In January 2009 Ari co-founded MINT Media Groupt Pte. Ltd., a Singapore based company offering a high performance multimedia platform for the hospitality industry in the Asia Pacific market. The company is now contracted with global media and entertainment providers with a unique service platform that has been ordered by few of the largest hotel groups in the world. MINT Media Group is now ready for the second round of funding to reach its next phase of development as a key player in the in-room entertainment market.

Risto Karell – COO

Risto has build a successful track record in distribution of high end engineering products of air-flow control in Scandinavia. Company Korvausilma Oy was established in 1996.

During the eights years as an exclusive distributor of this patented air-flow product in Scandinavia, he become the leading provider of this new technology for the construction industry achieving sales with all the major construction companies such as NCC, Skanska and Paloheimo. By succeeding in converting the major construction companies to use this new technology, he created a new industry standard with the system that became the market leader in sales and quality in Northern Europe.

Further on, in the past ten years Risto has been involved in investing in several hospitality projects, including hotels and restaurants. In addition to his entrepreneurial activity, he has been developing the Finnish outsourcing and outplacement industry through several organisations since 2004.

Risto’s entrepreneurial background and long standing operational experience in Thailand is crucial for the success of the newly established company and its future development.

Ville Kiiskinen – CTO

Ville has an entrepreneurial background, he was one of the founding members of Net Matrix Finland Oy in 1996. Net Matrix soon established itself as a custom software supplier in the Finnish market.

In 1998 Ville was one of the founders of Northman Matrix International. The company became very successful in offering mobile services for media companies. In 2001 having virtually saturated the market in Finland Ville was one of the planners for the company's expansion into new markets. As a result by 2004 the company was operating in a number of new countries.

Ville was key figure in creating the software used for the company's core business and responsible for the technical infrastructure as required by normal operations and coordinating the technical management with clients. He has worked with clients in Europe, USA and Asia.

In 2004 Ville worked with Bangkok Post in Thailand to install an SMS/MMS system for advertising purposes. The system was unique in integrating the existing publishing system with modern day mobile technologies and the first of its kind in Asia.
